Doha, Qatar – The World Day for Safety and Health at Work is an annual international campaign to promote safety, health and decent work.
QAPCO had the safety campaign for one week from 26th to 30th April 2020. This year our theme was “Our Safety, Our Future “.
In a large petrochemical complex like our safety is a collective effort, where everyone’s contribution and collaboration pave way for a safe day and a brighter future.
This year we decided to celebrate Safety Week digitally with respect to the social distancing measures because we care about each and everyone in QAPCO. During the Safety Week, QAPCO Management delivered their Safety Day messages via short videos.
The message videos were telecasted on QAPCO digital screens and sent to all via QAPCO’s official WhatsApp channel.
Besides that, we requested the employees to shoot and share their safety commitment video in line with our theme “Our Safety, Our Future.” Top 10 safety commitment videos were selected and played on QAPCO digital screens and sent to all via WhatsApp.
