Doha, Qatar – 24 May 2017 – As part of our continuous support to education we concluded the “Next Generation Leadership Program” that was launched in November 2016. The program is designed to develop young students and raise STEM awareness. The program consist of two parts:
1- School STEM Career Path Presentation
QAPCO Ambassadors visit selected schools and deliver presentations to students about STEM, industry and future career paths with personal account. The purpose of the workshop is to inspire students to choose and pursue STEM related disciplines. Moreover, the workshop is focusing on building and maintaining QAPCO’s reputation as an employer of choice.
2- The Next Generation Workshop
The purpose of the workshop is to instil good leadership behaviour at early age/career stage and inspire students to become leaders. QAPCO provided leadership skills training and exposure to high achieving students, via workshop and interaction with senior QAPCO managers
