The QAPCO’s Long Service Award Ceremony, Our Giving Journey program (رحلة العطاء), a specially designed program to acknowledge and appreciate our Long Servicing teams.
QAPCO employees gathered on November 7th, 2023 to honor the dedication of its long-serving employees. Their commitment and hard work have not just contributed but have significantly shaped the success and growth of the company. At QAPCO, our goal is to cultivate a culture that attracts, retains, and nurtures talented individuals. We aim to retain leaders who inspire their team members, offering continuous learning and development opportunities in an environment that embraces diversity and creates value for the entire QAPCO, Qatofin, and QVC family, as well as for the organization.
Starting this year, the eligible colleagues of the award are listed based on their years of service where their service meets the service length as of 31st Dec of the previous years. All awardees had the chance to get on stage to receive their certificates from their Chiefs and our MD&CEO Dr. Mohammed Yousef Al-Mulla.
