Doha, Qatar – Since 2010, Qatarization Day is one of the most important events at QAPCO. The aim of this day is to support and fully empower our Qatari employees to reach their full potential, paving the way for success in their professional careers.
This year QAPCO celebrated Qatarization Day at Lusail Shooting Club, with the main theme as “One Goal”. The event was designed to create different learning methods with challenging exercises in an interactive environment. All the employees participated in three different challenges which were focused on determining the goal, patience, concentration, timing and teamwork. The three activities were archery, rifle shooting and shotgun shooting.
During the day we emphasized the impact of Qatarization on our performance and how it is driving the success of QAPCO.
