On the 12th of December 2023, QAPCO employees gathered at the AL Reem Club in Mesaieed for QAPCO’s Annual Day celebration. The celebration aims to unite all QAPCO employees and appraise them on the hard work and achievements they have accomplished over the past year and encourage them to achieve more in the coming year for themselves and QAPCO.
The Day started with a quick recap from our chief officers discussing the company’s success over the year in terms of the safety and sustainability towards the company’s mission and vision. QAPCO’s management teams were able to share a word of appreciation to the people who worked hard during this year, emphasizing how challenging and demanding the year was for QAPCO, yet we have managed to succeed. QAPCO was able to manage unpredictable situations during the year, manage new projects, and maintain major maintenance jobs while keeping all plants in production. This accomplishment is the result of effective planning, flawless communication, dedication, and sustained effort by many people and talented teams working together, inspired by a common compelling theme of team unity and strength.
