On the 13th of December 2023, QAPCO Celebrated its 12th Qatarization Day at the Al Reem Club in Mesaieed. The event honours the success that QAPCO has achieved through its focus on promoting Qatarization within the company as well as in the wider education and business communities. This reflects QAPCO’s mission in following the guidelines of the Qatar National Vision 2030 to implement a strategy designed to develop, nurture, and engage all Qatari Employees.
The main objective of the Qatarization Day event was to highlight and reflect on the company’s Qatarization journey throughout the years, as well as recognizing the new achievements of the year and what the company looks forward to achieving in the coming year. The event was attended by the majority of QAPCO’s Qatari employees, and under the theme of uniting Qatari citizens’ strength in their work environment, our QAPCO employees were able to successfully complete a team-building activity by Mazecs in groups and connect on a deeper level as colleagues in the workplace.
