One such approach is the implementation of a Company Ambassador Program, a strategic initiative designed to leverage the skills and experiences of dedicated Employees who are passionate about our company.
In QAPCO, Ambassadors are Qatari male and female employees who will act as a link between the company and the outside community. They will use their own experiences to motivate and inspire Qatari Nationals and expatriate students, and young people into science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) subjects and careers.
QAPCO Ambassadors will play a vital role in sharing QAPCO’s key messages. They will essentially be the human face of the company and will participate in activities that promote QAPCO.
